Afrida Yahya is a faculty member of the Faculty of Education, Syah Kuala University, Aceh. She completed her degree in Educational Facilities at the University of Pittsburgh in August 2008. Her program was in cooperation with USAID’s Decentralizing Basic Education program. Afrida also had the opportunity to attend the Council for International Exchange of Scholars (CIES) conference in New York in March 2008.
