Long term training for decentralization and local governance

Program Description:
- Master’s degrees in US on topics such as Public Administration, Public Management, Public Policy, Political Science, Regional Planning and other topics of importance to public service and leadership in Indonesia’s regional government;
- The objective of this training is to develop more qualified leaders for future service in Indonesia’s regional governments or other public services.
Target Participants:
- University graduates who have demonstrated a commitment to government service at the regional level.
- Prior or current government service not required; DDG is interested in identifying candidates who intend to pursue a career in regional government service as demonstrated through current employment in government, prior coursework in public administration or similar topics, volunteer activities, involvement in community organization or relevant NGO work, etc.
